Egypt is a very relaxed country, but some area’s are highly controlled, we need a passport photocopy / scan from you and your party members at least a month before you are due to come onto the lake, so please bear this in mind before booking with us.

How to book

• Contact us to confirm availability on the dates that suit you, email is the fastest way to avoid disappointment.
• We will send you a booking form and itinerary brochure for your holiday
• With your completed form we require £150 per person deposit. this deposit will be deducted from the final price
• Your booking is only confirmed upon payment of your deposit
• Payments can be made by Cheque, Credit Card, bank transfer or paypal

Terms and Conditions

• The deposit is not refundable if you cancel
• Balance of your payment is requires 28 days before arrival
• Your payment will be refunded if accredited authorities advise against travel

Insurance

You will need insurance on your holiday; this has to be comprehensive medical cover. You will be travelling to an equatorial climate, with all its challenges, remember you are having an adventure holiday. We also recommend insurance to cover the cost of your holiday in the unlikely event that you have to cancel.

Medical

Please make sure all of your inoculations are up to date. (Your doctor will advise are required)

Tackle

We will provide all the fishing equipment at no extra cost for the use of the kit. We use expensive PENN equipment and all the lures are good sturdy quality. If you should lose, break or damage the equipment you are liable for the replacement costs. If however you would like to bring your own equipment you are more than welcome.

Itinerary Brochure

We will send you an itinerary brochure so you will have an idea of what to expect with us, this will include tricks and tips for your forthcoming adventure

Flights

With the cost of flights being so erratic, it is best that you are to book your own flights to Luxor, we will be more than happy to help you find the correct flights and cheapest prices, just contact us!
